The VEO 3 series is manufactured with advanced CNC engineering for maximum precision and quality. The Vanguard VEO 3 263APS tripod is ultra stable, durable, easy to use and reliable. Improved legs can support up to 100 kg. One of the legs becomes a monopod in 3 simple steps, allowing you to quickly pick up and place the holder for quick action shots. Quiet locks, easy to clean and thanks to the three adjustable angles, offer numerous options for height and uneven terrain. They include low angle adapter, perfect for macro photography, or you can also use the reversible center column. Additionally, in the VEO 3 263APS canopy you will find two 3/8″ threads with improved stabilization design to fit a support arm or other accessories. The VEO 3 263APS is an aluminum tripod, but in the VEO 3 series you can choose between carbon fiber or aluminum models with a double-axis ball or three-way panning ball. VEO PH-38S three-way ball joint VEO 3 APS and CPS models incorporate the innovative VEO PH-38S panoramic ball joint, an improved version in CNC manufacturing that brings greater precision to the finishes, ensuring maximum stability and fixation. You will notice the difference! The VEO PH-38S 2 and 3 way ball joint allows multiple angle options for video and/or observation. Thanks to the play between its two levers, you will get independent movements in vertical and horizontal and you can lock the position with an easy locking system per turn. If placed in parallel, you get the ideal position for video panning, fixing a telephoto or a terrestrial telescope. The VEO PH-38S ball joint has a load capacity of up to 10 kg. The upper handle grip also rotates in 90° segments, which not only allows adjusting the position on unstable terrain, but also is an opportunity to place the levers in a comfortable position for left-handed photographers. To improve the accuracy of the frames, the VEO PH-38S ball joint has an extra bubble level (in addition to the one that includes the tripod canopy) and also a numbered base that will be useful in making panoramas.
